Mark Clancy
Mark Clancy, AIA, LEED AP has over 30 years of successful design and management experience. He has developed strong working relationships with local building officials, architectural review boards, and other project stakeholders in the Carolinas. He is passionate about creative architecture while being accountable to both time and cost. Mark has participated in a full range of architectural work, including project design, project management, and contract administration. Mr. Clancy’s project experience includes mixed use, industrial, institutional, park and recreation, residential, resort, renovation, church, and commercial projects. He was the Project Architect/Manager for the Patriots Point Tennis Center for the College of Charleston, recipient of an Outstanding Tennis Facility Award by the USTA. Mr. Clancy was also the recipient of the Rudolph E. Lee Award in Architecture at Clemson.
Steve Wells
Steve Wells, AIA, LEED AP has a background of diversified project experience spanning over 30 years. He sees each project as a fresh start for the creative process and believes that it is important for each building to function for its users while being respectful of the environment and its neighbors. Projects that Mr. Wells’ has been associated with have been the recipient of numerous professional awards. He was the Project Architect for the Southend Brewery on East Bay Street, recognized by the SC Chapter of the American Institute of Architects with an Honor Award. He designed the Charleston Art Gallery and luxury Penthouse for One Vendue Range, which was recognized by the SC Chapter of the American Institute of Architects with an Honor Award. The Colt Guesthouse received several Aurora awards as well as an AIA Robert Mills Honor Award for residential work.
